Dr sonia rajput

Cosmetic Dentist & Advanced Facial Aesthetics Practitioner

Dr Sonia Rajput is a Cosmetic Dentist & Advanced Facial Aesthetics Practitioner and creates regular online content to educate her audience.

She is extremely passionate about equality for women and is a real advocate for female empowerment and how you can use your education to create financial freedom.

Over the years she has seen first hand how the dental sector has changed to now have over 50% of the workforce as females.

She runs her own skin aesthetics clinic and works across 2 dental practices in London & Buckinghamshire.

DR Roni Savage

CEO and founder,

Jomas Associates

Dr Roni Savage is CEO and Founder of Jomas Associates, an engineering company serving the construction industry since 2009.

Named the Most Influential Woman in Construction 2022, she is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Geologist, Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, Honorary Fellow of RIBA, and a SiLC.

With degrees from both Portsmouth and Exeter Universities, she has worked on major UK projects including the A406 and M25.

She holds an honorary doctorate for exceptional contributions to the construction industry, is a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering, and a Non-Executive Director for the UK Government’s Department of Business and Trade.

A diversity champion and multi-award winner, she also supports youth and community initiatives.

DR BAL

Specialist Orthodontist

Dr Bal is a Specialist Orthodontist with exceptional academic credentials, practising across some of London’s leading dental clinics. She completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Dentistry at UCL Eastman Dental Institute in collaboration with Western Sussex Hospitals.

She has received multiple awards for her philanthropic contributions during her training and is particularly passionate about championing women, recognising the vital role that confidence, mentorship and representation play in enabling women to reach their full potential.

Her passion began early through teaching dance to children and delivering talks at schools. This continued into her clinical career where she founded the Orthodontic Study Club, a professional platform dedicated to supporting newly qualified orthodontists.

Dr Bal is deeply committed to transforming the lives of children through early orthodontic intervention, education and confidence-building, with a strong focus on creating healthy smiles that deliver lasting, positive impact.

What is Expected of Our SHE Ambassadors?

The level of commitment required is very flexible and can be adjusted around your needs. Some of the ways you can get involved include…

  • Promoting SHE on social media: Even sharing just a few posts or updates can go a long way (our team will create content for you to share).
  • Hosting a fundraising event for SHE here: This could be something simple like a coffee morning, a book club or any other event you would enjoy putting together.
  • Introducing us to potential new supporters: In particular, women (or men) business-owners or your network of individuals who might be interested in supporting entrepreneurship and education in our partner countries.

There is no pressure to do it all – anything you can contribute makes a huge difference.

The most important resource you can give SHE is your time. Time to create amazing ideas, grow incredible investors and help to build a better world for all.
